Shipping policy

We only ship within India. We Offer Flexible payment options like Cash on Delivery or Pre - Payment with Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Mobile Wallets, UPI or Net Banking.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping & COD for orders above Rs.1499/- For Orders below Rs.1499/- we charge a shipping fee of Rs.29/- & COD of Rs.49/- on each order irrespective of the destination. Please note in the case of cancellation / return / exchange the shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Time:

  • Our warehouse is in Salem, Tamil Nadu. For orders received before 5pm we ship the same day, for orders received after 5pm we ship the next day. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Delivery Time:

  • Products will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-7 business days. We're continuously striving to get your products to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

Shipping Notifications:

  • When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email + text notification from us which will include a tracking number with which you can check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email/text, please contact us at support@valliandco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
