Refund policy

Please note, when an order has been placed with www.decorsbyvalli.com it is understood that you are aware of the cancellation / refund / exchange policy which is stated below.

We allow refunds / exchanges for 10 days from the date of the delivery.

For Returns:

• All items purchased from Decorsbyvalli are returnable within the return window of 10 days from the date of delivery.
• For Initiating Return, kindly send us a mail with your order id and register email id / phone number on support@valliandco.com or whats app us @ 9952751119.
• A pick up will be organized by decors by valli from the same address the product was delivered to.
• Please hand over the product in its original condition preferably in the same box and envelop you received it in with all tags intact.
• Refund will be initiated once we receive the product. Refunds will be processed through the same payment mode within 10 working days. In case of cash on delivery - mail us your bank account details to support@valliandco.com to process the refund.

For Order Cancellation:

• If an order is placed before 5pm from Monday to Saturday Order Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made within 2 hours of order placed, as it will be despatched by 7pm. If an order is received after 5pm from Monday to Saturday Order cancellations are only accepted if the request is made within 12 hours of order placed. For orders which are placed on Sundays, Order cancellations are only accepted if the request is made within 12 hours of order placed.

For Exchange:

• All items purchased from Decorsbyvalli can be exchanged if a request is raised within the window of 10 days from the date of delivery.
• After receiving the request, We will consider your request for an exchange depending on the issue.
• In case of an exchange, kindly send us a mail with your order id and register email id / phone number on support@valliandco.com or whats app us @ 9952751119.
• For returning the received item Rs.150/- will be charged irrespective of the order value and place. Delivery charges for the exchanged product will apply as per our standard shipping policy.
• The return will be initiated by us from the same address the product was delivered to. Please hand over the product in its original condition preferably in the same box and envelop you received it in with all tags intact. The exchanged product will be shipped only after we receiving the returned product and checking if the product is intact i.e if the product is not used or if there is no colour damage or any other damage to the product.
